Explore Wuhu in Eastern Anhui

Yashan Huahai Stone Forest

Thousands of grotesque Karst landforms in Guilin is probably not foreign to you. However, what is foreign to you is the 25-kilometer Karster landform in the Yangtze River (where you can enjoy the landscape along the banks during your Yangtze River tour) Delta. In this place, rock forests karst caves, waterfalls, gorges, sinkholes, underground rivers and summit lakes meld together as a unity. Along with 88 huge and small karst caves, more than 60 grotesque peaks stand erect far and near. Rare is the scene that there are three rising and ebb tides within a day. Nanling Lake on the summit of the mountain was formed at the exact night after the Tangshan Earthquake in 1976. It is regarded as another wonder here.

As a conservation area of original Chinese peony, the reserve Yashan is well-known as ‘the Country of Peony.’ Before and after the Tomb-sweeping Festival, bunches of blossomy peony embellish rocks and mountains here. Flowers and rocks compete with each other for beauty and the scene is too beautiful to be fully appreciated for your China tour deals.
