Luojing Bean Chicken

The founder is Yuan Tongru who had worshiped Buddha since childhood. After growing up, he became a Buddhism monk. Three years later, he returned to the secular life and occasionally created the dish Luojiang Bean Chicken. In the 25th year of the Republic of China area, Yuan Tongru sent the first batch Bean Chicken to Buddhist Food Exhibition in Chengdu. In the exhibition, the dish was awarded gold sign-board. From then on, Bean Chicken became well-known in China
